Alpine A110S aero pack

The Alpine A110 S equipped with the Aero Pack is the definition of lightweight optimization for speed. This pack enhances its visual aggressiveness with distinctive aerodynamic elements, primarily made from carbon fiber.

However, these high-value, expensive components—as well as the vehicle’s low front end—are extremely vulnerable to stone chips and damage from dynamic driving.

On this very specific example, the mission was to provide targeted and strategic protection with transparent Paint Protection Film (PPF), focusing on the highest-risk areas: the front end and all visible carbon fiber components.

The objective was to create an invisible shield to protect the hood and bumper from chips, while ensuring perfect protection of the carbon fiber against scratches, maintaining impeccable optical clarity and preserving the carbon texture.

Work carried out:
• Degreasing and meticulous preparation of the front end and all carbon elements (splitter, wing, etc.).
• Application of PPF on the bumper, hood, and front fenders (front end).
• Specific PPF application on aerodynamic carbon components, requiring precise handling of complex shapes to avoid distortion and ensure full protection.
• Treatment of junctions and edges to make the protection completely invisible along sharp lines and around carbon pieces.

The result: An Alpine A110 S Aero Pack with its most vulnerable areas and precious carbon elements optimally protected. The car is ready to be driven to its full potential while maintaining the perfect shine and integrity of its essential aerodynamic components.
