Jeep Wrangler Rubicon

The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon continues to set the standard for off-road capability and rugged utility aesthetics. Its modular structure and off-road focus make it the perfect vehicle for radical and frequent aesthetic transformations.

This vehicle serves as a prime canvas for personal expression. After a period of use, the owner wanted a complete update of its visual identity, requiring both the full removal of the old wrap and the application of a new design.

Our mission was twofold: remove the entire old wrap without leaving any residue or damaging the original paint, and then create and apply the new Camo design.
This new design was not applied as a printed wrap but installed piece by piece (one film piece per color), ensuring superior depth, texture, and durability.

The objective was to transform the Rubicon with a complex, technical design. It was essential to achieve a clean removal and then ensure absolute precision in cutting and overlaying the camouflage pattern, guaranteeing perfect alignment of each color without visible overlaps.

Work carried out:
• Complete removal of the old wrap, including specific treatment of adhesive residues and thorough cleaning of the bodywork.
• Graphic design of the camouflage pattern and digital cutting of each color and shape.
• Application of the new wrap piece by piece, requiring extended execution time and meticulous attention to alignment and film tension for each segment.
• Perfect integration of the pattern on complex areas such as bumpers, fender flares, and handles.

The result: A fully renewed Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with a technical, ultra-realistic camouflage look. The piece-by-piece installation method gives the pattern unmatched quality and depth, highlighting the professional and bold character of this transformation.
